Mooji Meats is a producer of 3D printing plant-based meat designed to provide alternatives to existing texturing technologies. Their team of food scientists, chefs, and engineers is pioneering the next generation of ethical and sustainable meat with steaks that look, taste, and feel like the real thing. And none of their products necessitate traditional farming and butchering of livestock. Their printing and tissue engineering technology is texture-oriented to fully stimulate the experience of eating meat of the past while maintaining high standards of sustainability and affordable prices.
Mooji Meats was founded by Insa Mohr and Jochen Mueller. After working in information sciences/finance and design-forward mechanical engineering respectively, the team began their journey to scale the next generation of alternative meats.
